Mettle used Forge FreeForm
to help create this sequence. FreeForm was used to help animate the type as
well as to create the abstract background for this sequence.
"It was tempting to create the background sequence in a dedicated 3D
application. However, our deadline would not allow for that nor the nature
of the sequence as this project called for last minute refinement and tweaking
that made FreeForm in AE an obvious choice. Set-up and animation was a breeze
using FreeForm's 3D displacement mapping and refinements were even easier
to pull-off under such a tight dealine".
